Made using three different types of yeast, aromas include citrus, pear, banana, and honey with a big hit of spice and bread. Taste follows the nose with lemon, pear, and apricot, coriander, candy sugar, clove, and white pepper. The mouthfeel is light to medium-bodied with a fine champagne-like carbonation. The 8.5% ABV is masked quite effectively and the finish is dry, clean, and crisp.
Flavor: It feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality, the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting, and dry bitter.
Scent: Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy.
Color & Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkling ensures a fine and stable head.
