Bogle’s “heritage” Petite Sirah boasts over 50 years of farming tradition. The first red varietal our grandfather planted in 1968, this wine is truly rooted in Clarksburg history.
Our Petite Sirah is bold and uncompromising. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and black plum intertwine with masculine notes of new leather, cedar wood, and smoked pipe tobacco, all wrapped in a dusting of espresso. On the palate, this full-bodied wine delivers layers of ripe blackberry, anis,e and spicy clove, supported by rm, mouth-coating tannins. The finish lingers with intensity, promising both enjoyment and excellent aging potential.
