Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 4 is the fourth batch of Cask Strength bottlings from the Orkney distillery. In addition to a high alcohol content of 64.3%, the flavour profile has also changed, as the Single Malt Whisky was matured for the first time in ex-Bourbon and ex-Harbour casks, which were hand-picked by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion. The cask strength whisky was bottled undiluted and without chill filtering
- Aroma Pink grapefruit, fragrant rose water, exotic sun-dried spices and liquorice come together.
- Taste Again, exotic sun-dried spices and earthy hints of toasted oak and peat smoke.
- Finish The exotic spices of aroma and Taste remain and are complemented by liquorice as well as peat smoke.
