Ca’ Del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvee Prestige 1.5L

The basic wines of the Cuvée Prestige are the result of a careful selection of the grapes and skilful winemaking conducted in full compliance with the Ca’ del Bosco Method. The grapes, harvested by hand in small boxes, are classified and cooled. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, and then benefits from exclusive “acini” spas. A particular washing and hydromassage system for the bunches, via three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel. After pressing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in heat-conditioned steel tanks and remain here until the following March. Seven months of refinement are therefore necessary for the wine to clear itself, mature and bring out the character of the vineyards of origin in the best possible way.

The wines are then expertly assembled in the “magic rite” of the creation of the cuvée. Only after aging on the yeasts for at least 2 years can this Franciacorta express all its richness and identity. Dégorgement occurs in the absence of oxygen, using a unique system, designed and patented by Ca’ del Bosco. This avoids oxidative shocks and further additions of sulfites. It makes our Franciacortas purer, more pleasant and longer-lived. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked, to guarantee traceability.
