We choose stocks from multiple years and age in American oak barrels before cutting to proof with pristine glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s highest peak, Mt. Hood. This time-honored process provides a consistently rich flavor with an uncommonly smooth finish. (40% ABV – 80 proof).
