This 10-year-old single malt is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for a total of 6 years before finishing for a minimum of 4 years in moscatel casks. While the bourbon casks impart rich hints of vanilla and oak, the sherry casks infuse the whiskey with notes of dried fruits and spice, and the moscatel casks balance out the profile with additional jam-like sweetness.
