Bigi’s Orvieto Classico Secco DOC is the estate’s flagship white wine, featuring intense floral and fresh almond notes. Its grapes—10% Drupeggio, 20% Grechetto, 10% Malvasia Bianca, 50% Trebbiano, and 10% Verdello—are grown in the classic Orvieto DOC appellation and vinified in stainless steel. One of the world’s most famous white wines, Bigi’s Orvieto Classico Secco DOC is a dry wine that is an ideal companion as an aperitif as well as for salads, light pastas, and seafood.
