Created in the Italian Alps (Dolomites) and bottled in Burgundy, France, Doladira’s name is derived from the fusion of the Dolomites and enrosadira, the enchanting alpenglow that bathes the peaks in mesmerizing pink hues. Doladira was perfected through a multi-year collaboration between Meredith Erickson & CKBG co-founder, Richard Betts, to bring an aperitivo that uses only the best ingredients, to elevate any occasion, in the world.

Doladira is a rhubarb infusion with notes of plum, gentian, and rosemary. Doladira is crafted with natural alpine ingredients. With no chemicals or artificial flavors, it has 60% less sugar than the market leaders. Doladira hits the perfect balance of bitterness, acidity, herbaceousness, and salinity. Doladira is best enjoyed on the rocks, with a splash of soda, or in your favorite aperitivo (our favorites are a spritz or a negroni).
