Later shipped to the facilities of the Williams & Humbert winery in Jerez (Andalucia – Spain) where it undergoes the final stage of ageing, which lasts for three years, in casks which have previously been used to age the international award-winning sherry “Dos Cortados” with a guaranteed age of 20 years as: certified by the Denomination of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.
