Our Strawberry Riesling is Riesling grapes with a touch of sweet strawberries. We ferment this wine cool and in small batches for better control. It’s well balanced with just the right amount of residual sweetness to keep up with the acidity. The taste of strawberry is detectable from start to finish. Made to be drank young which requires low sulfites.
