This wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks; it is then aged for 5 months on its lees which adds complexity to this aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. An excellent aperitif that is also outstanding with fish, seafood and certain white meats. A classic pairing with any type of goat cheese.
