Roasted peaches topped with fresh whipped cream. This whiskey is a rich combination of sweetness and spice. It highlights the softness of a wheated bourbon with enough spice to add structure. Dried cherries and caramel bounce on the palate. These notes lead to baking spice and pecans  lingering on the back palate. The finish is a nice roundup from the nose and palate as notes of strawberry, toasted almonds and vanilla bean ice cream start to fade.
