A full bodied anejo tequila from Casa Siete (Spanish for House 7), this offers lovely agave notes and wonderful oaky flavors from 18 months of oak ageing.

Aroma: cooked agave, bourbon, vanilla, dried fruit, cinnamon
Palate: full cooked agave followed by spicy oak and balanced with notes of vanilla, baked apples, and black pepper
Finish: slightly dry and full of cooked agave, medium heat and developing flavors to follow
