For this bottling — a limited edition celebration of their 85th anniversary, and an intriguing partnership between El Tesoro’s Master Distiller Carlos Camarena and Jim Beam Master Distiller Fred Noe — they’ve taken their extra añejo tequila and aged it for 36 months in Booker’s 30th Anniversary Bourbon barrels.
