Westland Outpost Range whiskey Garryana is a series that explores a native species of oak for barrel aging. In Edition 7, the rich and savory Garry Oak interacts with sturdy Washington Wine. The high percentage of both cask types result in a mélange of spices and savory fruits.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Blackberry compote, clove, pizza crust, apple turnover.
Palate: Molasses, charred cedar, black currant, dry apple cider.
